With 36 years of experience in Martial Arts, it's safe to say that Mike has a passion for kickboxing & Martial Arts. Mike has had the privilege of being coached by world-class champion Kickboxers and Martial Artists. This has given him a strong sense of responsibility to pay it forward and share his experience and knowledge with others.
Jamie is a graduate of the University of Guelph with a BSc in Kinesiology and obtains an Associate Degree in Fitness & Health Promotion from Algonquin College & Humber College. He specializes in foundational movement patterns, strength & conditioning and is passionate about helping people reach their fitness goals.
Lead Coach/Personal Trainer
Mike is an experienced and competitive athlete, coach, and personal trainer, it won't take long for you to experience the impact of his teaching. With specializations in Muay Thai, boxing, and functional strength training, he brings a multi-dimensional approach to training and looks forward to sharing his unique background in supporting Creed members' training goals.
