Mike Croteau

Owner/Kickboxing Coach

I started my martial arts training when I was 9 years old (roughly 36 years ago), and I have had the privilege of being coached by a number of world champion Kickboxers, world class Martial Artists and by Canada’s most sought after safety and protection organization (Safe International). These coaches have made such a positive impact on my entire life (body, mind and soul). Which has given me a strong sense of responsibility to pay it forward and share my experience with others.

I believe everyone could benefit from being a part of Creed Martial Arts and knowing your “why” will always be the most powerful transformative motivator in your life.

When I was 9 years old I begged my parents to let me join a local community karate club, and when they asked me why, I always told them “to protect what I love…to protect myself, my family and my friends”. This kind of love has always been the biggest reason to learn Martial Arts and why communities a long time ago would train martial arts. Love is worth fighting for.

As a coach I am here to help you find the answer to your why…why Creed…why fitness…why kickboxing…why Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu…why Self Defence…because your “why” and “love” is worth fighting for.
